We will build physical strength through partner work, increase mental flexibility through inquiry, and sweat it out through vinyasa, burning off stale energy with a 75-minute power flow practice. Moving Mindful The ultimate buzz-word, this workshop will explore the 'what', 'why', and 'how' of mindfulness practices. The afternoon will include a discussion on the science, art, and practice of mindfulness, before exploring meditation and getting grounded with a 60-minute slow flow. The practice, while steady, will build heat, strength, and flexibility, and be deliberate in its focus and connection to the now.
